Training Supervisors & Managers will be evaluating the Trainers through these Questionnaires post observation of the Training Sessions conducted by the Trainers.

The evaluation will be based on the following Parameters:-

CONTENT   Accuracy and relevance of content, Clarity of concepts and    examples, Alignment with learning objectives 
STRUCTURE   Logical flow of session content, Clear session objectives        shared, Smooth transitions between topics, Explain the          difficult steps and highlighted an important dos and don'ts
DELIVERY   Clarity of speech and articulation, Tone, energy, and body      language, usage of platform(Standing, Board usage, etc ),      Use of training aids and examples, Trainer confidence and      enthusiasm 
PARTICIPATION   Learner engagement and interaction, Encouragement of        questions/feedback Handling of participant responses 
TIME MANAGEMENT   Adherence to planned schedule, Balanced time for each        topic, Timely session closure
