Training Supervisors & Managers will be evaluating the Trainers through these Questionnaires post observation of the Training Sessions conducted by the Trainers.
The evaluation will be based on the following Parameters:-

| DELIVERY | Clarity of speech and articulation, Tone, energy, and body language, usage of platform(Standing, Board usage, etc ), Use of training aids and examples, Trainer confidence and enthusiasm |
| PARTICIPATION | Learner engagement and interaction, Encouragement of questions/feedback Handling of participant responses |
| TIME MANAGEMENT | Adherence to planned schedule, Balanced time for each topic, Timely session closure |
