The Business Trainer Excellence Program (Level 1 Certification) is designed to build a certified pool of Trainers who can deliver impactful learning and drive business performance. The Program develops capabilities in facilitation, coaching, learner engagement, emotional intelligence, OJT governance and business acumen. Through a blended and experiential learning approach, participants demonstrate their proficiency through practical application and certification.
